Homemade Nutella Ice Cream



  • 2 large eggs

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 2 cup (cold) heavy cream

  • 1 cup 2% milk

  • 3/4 cup Nutella (my FAVORITE ingredient)

  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional)





Whisk eggs in mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes 


Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, 1-2 minute more.


Add the Nutella and whisk to blend


Pour in the heavy cream and milk a little at a time and whisk to blend


Transfer the ice cream mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer’s instructions.
